Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (United States Only)

All orders from Rusty Llama Design Co. are processed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Please note that many of our items are handmade and/or made to order, so processing times may vary during busy periods.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday and are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During times of high order volume (hello busy seasons 👀), processing and shipping may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will reach out using the email provided at checkout.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your order leaves our hands, shipping speed is the responsibility of the carrier.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.

At this time, Rusty Llama Design Co. ships to:

    •    All U.S. states

    •    U.S. Territories

    •    APO/FPO/DPO addresses

We do not currently offer international shipping.

 

Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Rusty Llama Design Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once your package has been marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
