Refund policy

All Sales Are Final (With Limited Exceptions)

At Rusty Llama Design Co., most of our products are handmade and/or custom-made, which means each item is created just for you. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Please double-check all details (names, spelling, dates, colors, etc.) before placing your order. Rusty Llama Design Co. is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Order Issues & Exceptions

We want you to love your order—and if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right when appropriate.

Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be offered on a case-by-case basis if:

    •    Your item arrives damaged

    •    You receive the wrong item

    •    There is a defect due to our error

If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

    •    Your order number

    •    Photos of the item and packaging

Non-Eligible Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

    •    Customer errors (misspelled names, incorrect details submitted)

    •    Minor variations in color, wood grain, or engraving (these are normal with handmade items)

    •    Delays caused by shipping carriers

    •    Change of mind after purchase

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
